The Packserv PFM-5-2C Twin Head 5Ltr Auto Filler is a fully automatic liquid, paste and cream filling machine that is both user friendly and versatile and features a 5 litre product cylinder with twin nozzles.
It has been designed for use as a heavy duty, all pneumatic fully automatic inline bottom up filling machine which offers reliability and ease of use with tool-free cleaning and parts change-over.

Our PFM-5-2C Twin Head 5 Ltr Bottom Up Filler is a fully automatic liquid, paste and cream filling machine that is both user friendly and versatile. The heavy duty, all pneumatic design of the PFM-5-2C is compact, reliable and easy to clean and is designed for fully automatic inline function. This machine features two 5 litre product cylinders allowing for dual single-shot filling of containers anywhere from 500ml-5000ml.

The PFM-5-2C also comes standard with a pair of positive shut-off nozzles and a bottom up fill assembly. The spool-valve system of the PFM-5-2C handles all types of bottling products from thin liquids to creams and thick pastes as well as hot and cold filling. It can handle temperatures up to 95°C with ease during the filling process.

The PFM-5-2C also comes complete with “no bottle no fill” safety device and container gating system.

The cylinder design of the PFM-5-2C enables quicker dismantling and easier, more thorough cleaning of wet parts. A number of product supply methods can be used to suit the nature of the product or our customers needs – examples include: hoppers and inlet assemblies
Finally we have enclosed the stroke adjuster and air/product cylinder drive assemblies with a safety interlocked poly-carbonate covers that shuts the machine off if an operator was to open the door during production.
