Overview
The Pfauter SF1 is a precision German-made worm and thread milling machine designed for producing single- or multi-start worms, lead screws and other high-accuracy threads. Its rigid construction, short gear trains and versatile head options make it suitable for both repair workshops and gear manufacturers.

Cuts workpieces up to 295 mm in diameter (standard headstock) or 320 mm (optional headstock).
Handles pitch modules up to 15 mm (side-milling head) or 30 mm (end-milling head).

Lead angles up to 90° with lead ranges from 24–590 mm to 15,000 mm.
