MULTI-TOOL PILING LEADERS
MOVAX Multi-tool piling leaders are customised solutions available for a wide range of site and soil conditions, and for different types of piles and piling technologies - including driven, bored and drilled – with tooling alternatives including; vibratory pile drivers, hydraulic, double-acting impact hammers/hydraulic hammers and rotary drives for pre-augering, CFA and DTH.

MOVAX Multi-tool piling leaders are based on a modular concept, but always customised based on customer-specific requirements

MOVAX piling hammers can also, for instance, be utilized to complete a pile installation after reaching refusal with a side grip pile driver or when load testing is required.

FEATURES
EXCAVATOR-MOUNTED
Utilizing the hydraulic power and lifting capacity of the excavator. Designed to work on any and all excavators by using and commanding the standard auxiliary hydraulics and/or by connecting to the electronic control of the excavator while maintaining all the original functionality of the excavator. Available for excavators ranging from 8 to 50 ton.

VERSATILE TOOLING OPTIONS
Available with a wide range of tooling for ei padifferent piling and foundation applications ranging from driven piles to CFA and DTH. Depending on MPL-model tooling alternatives including; vibratory pile drivers, hydraulic, double-acting impact hammers/hydraulic hammers and rotary drives for pre-augering, CFA and DTH.

MODULAR SYSTEM
Versatility based on the MOVAX Modular System™ enabling the use of the same MOVAX Multi-tool piling leader with a wide range of easily changed tooling for different piling technologies - driven, bored and drilled. Available with optional service winches, tooling specific accessories such as auger star cleaner for CFA, pile and auger guides and tilt & rotation device.

Superior driving, boring and drilling capabilities due to the state-of-the art MOVAX Control System which leads to the highest possible efficiency, precision and accuracy. The MOVAX Multi-tool leader(s) and the associated tooling are all controlled with the same control system: mControl+ PRO

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
Available with the MOVAX MIMS Information Managament System: mFleetManagement for monitoring MOVAX Multi-tool piling leader and tooling operation, performance and condition; and mLogbook for monitoring and reporting the piling works; available for driven and bored piling technologies.
