FEATURES

This vice is an air-over-hydraulic release system. The clamping force is applied by disc-type springs. This vice is ideally suited for an automated process. The vice is provided with a simple lever on one side to clamp and unclamp. There is also an additional lever to adjust the vice jaw position. The gripping force varies depending on the distance that the vice must travel before gripping the workpiece. The maximum travel is 4mm. The applied pressure varies from a maximum of 5000kg to a minimum of 2600kg. The greater the distance of applying the clamp, the less clamping force you have.
