chamber.

Oven is double case fabrication with 100mm insulation
Infill. The inner case and ductwork is aluminised steel,
complete with insulated floor and wheel grooves to suit clients
work trolley.
Dry Cartridge Spray Booth (automatic reverse pulse cleaning)

Construction: Preformed zinc anneal panels finished white powder coat.
Cartridges: 8 off, 350 dia x 660 long polyester cartridges.
Fan: Direct drive centrifugal fan.
Secondary Filter: DG2 filter media exhausting clean air in to factor area.
Reverse Pulse: 8 off Goyen reverse pulse blow nozzles.
Electrical: Sheet metal cabinet with controls and timer for automatic sequential pulse
cleaning of cartridges by compressed air.
Collection Hopper: Collect waste powder in powder supply box and plastic bags.
Enclosure: Preformed Panel enclosure 3500 deep
Lighting: 1 only twin 40 Watt fluro lights behind safety laminated glass.

The system includes 6 off x 3 metre long load bars each fitted with two 250 kg SWL
pipe trolleys.
