This set up is a turn key package and you will have everything you need to start a powder coating business.

We can assist with transportation, packaging, installation and commissioning of the equipment of the equipment once purchased

All equipment is 5 years old and was set up just before the COVID 19 pandemic where the equipment sat unused till after the pandemic.
All the equipment has been professionally disassembled and packaged for re installation and stored in a workshop.

Batch Oven -

Wellmans batch oven 11m long x 4 m wide x 4 m high

Custom made and designed by wellmans.
Double opening doors set up on the front of oven
Runs on Natural gas. The burner can be converted to LPG

Spray booth -

11m x 4 x 4

Nordson spray booth rear draft self cleaning reverse pulse system.

Atlas copco air compressor and air receiver tank oil free machine - Was regularly serviced while in operation.

Gemma powder coating applicator.

Pictures below are from when it was originally installed. All machinery was brand new and custom made to suit.
Due to the the machinery being stored away inspection will be very limited as all the equipment has been flat packed and shrink wrapped for protection so there is not much to see.
