Assembly
The engine and alternator are close coupled via an SAE flange, with torsional analysis completed to help prevent harmful vibration. Anti-vibration pads and rubber diagonal isolators are fitted to reduce vibration and protect voltage and harmonic output. The canopy fabrication is sand blasted, and powder coated for excellent corrosion resistance.
Control System
Fitted with a DSE6020 Auto Mains Failure (AMF) control module, suitable for a wide range of generator applications. The module monitors speed, frequency, voltage, current, oil pressure, coolant temperature and fuel level, and displays warnings, shutdown and engine status information via a back-lit LCD screen and LED indicators.
