INDUSTRIAL AIR COOLED AFTERCOOLER WITH MOISTURE SEPARATOR
The Quantum Aftercoolers are specifically engineered to improve both the cooling efficiency and overall
air quality of compressed air systems.
By incorporating a high-performance heat exchanger, these units rapidly reduce the temperature of
compressed air as it exits the compressor. Lowering the air temperature is critical, as it allows moisture
vapor to condense more effectively, helping protect downstream equipment and processes while
improving overall system performance.
Designed for reliability and efficiency, Quantum air-cooled aftercoolers are equipped with an integrated
moisture separator that removes approximately 80–90% of the condensed moisture from the air stream.
This significantly reduces the amount of water entering blast pots, air tools, and other pneumatic
equipment, minimizing the risk of corrosion, clogging, and inconsistent operation.
