The visual readout of deviation is a real help in setting appropriate speeds and settings.
Automatic band lubrication and feed belt cleaning are standard.
The top hold down rollers are also driven, with the strength surrounding this mechanisation able to control the most difficult stock.
The main drive motor is variable speed and lets the operator set and track the band at very slow speed before cutting.
The operating band speed is between 18 and 50 m /sec.
Feed speed is to 60m / min.
At 4,000kg + this is a machine with long working life.
