Scope of refurbishment includes:
Complete strip down of machine.
Remove engine and generator assembly from base.
Send base away for burning, blasting and powder coating (Internal/External)
Pressure wash fuel tank and replace grommets.
Assemble machine into refurbished base with new rotor bearing and brushes.
MEG check Stator, rotor, reactor and all auxiliary power circuits.
Replacement of 6x rectifier diodes with new.
New compressor pressure switch, and all 3/8 fittings for compressor tube lines.
Fully service engine and compressor with new filters and oils.
Confirmation of Updated 300mS Safetac VRD and replace if required.
New 10A Field fuses.
All new gauges and front facia decal.
All new Schneider sockets and RCBO.
Fitment of brand-new genuine Miller blue panels and decals.
Fitment of new or as-new radiator/front satin black panels.
All final electrical and load testing results supplied with test report.

Load testing of machine at 100% duty cycle for 1 hour with compressor flowing air.
6 Month RTB Parts and labour warranty on all electrics, compressor and engine.
