S/S Butter/Paste Extruder Pump with Multi-Auger Feed System, "BVT" previously used in a dairy production facility to form butter sheets, this extruder pump is designed for handling viscous products such as butter, margarine, or pastes. It features a multi-auger feed system with three vertical augers feeding into three horizontal augers, which then transfer the product through a helical rotor pump to ensure continuous and consistent extrusion. All wetted parts are stainless steel, making it suitable for food-grade applications. The unit is equipped with a 370mm x 370mm inlet and a 50mm diameter discharge outlet, operates on a 3-phase connection, and is mounted on castors for easy mobility.
