Workpiece Infeed Stop – An automatic pneumatic cylinder on the infeed prevents panels being fed incorrectly.
Touch Screen Control – User friendly touch screen control and interface ensures quick and easy execution of customised working programs
Glue Application Unit – Teflon coated glue pot ensures non-stick, easy clean from glue residue, reducing down time including cleaning and maintenance. Automated glue control prevents glue from burning when machine is in standby thus preventing glue carbonization and energy efficiency.
Panel Feed System – Rubber Pads and heavy duty chain ensures total alignment when processing panels
Safety Infeed Guard – Safety guard with micro switch prevents incorrect workpiece thickness and ensures optimal safety for user

Edgebanding Stations:

Tiltable Trimming Unit – Equipped with Two Independent high frequency motors mounted on a support firmly fixed to the frame to carry out the trimming of bottom / top exceeding edge.
The angle of trimming units is preset to 45 degrees. Each motor is equipped with vertical rotation copying devices and front copying pad. Easy to read digital adjustment and accurate positioning of tools with reference to the trimming.
Edge Scraping Unit – For finishing of 3mm PVC / ABS edges. Excellent vibration free finish due to rigid structure. High working precision thanks to front and vertical copying discs which ensure an accurate positioning of the knives in relation to the cutting point.
End Cutting – Two Independent high frequency motors to cut the front and rear edge. Each operating motor is equipped with copying device for an accurate positioning of blades in relation to the cutting point. The unit is complete with 2 x mechanical / digital readouts to make easy adjustment of the front copying pads and cutters
Buffing Unit – Two Independent motors for buffing / polishing of the edge
Cleaning Sprayer – Dispenses liquid spraying agent to ensure optimal buffing and cleaning
