SICMA Speedy Umbrella SELF PROPELLED HARVESTERS

The most advanced technology for harvesting olives and other hanging fruits. This solution permits a single operator to harvest the fruits in a reduced time and unload them into bin or trailers. This harvesting system considerably reduces the production costs. The vibration system at high frequency increases the percentage of fruit fall off from the tree, reducing the harvesting time.

Two-wheel front drive and one free rear wheel. Speedy is characterized by a high harvest efficiency due to its great agility in reduced space since the three wheels permit a 360° turn to the machine.

User-friendly harvester controlled by a joystick

The vibrating head is mounted on the telescopic arm and is hanged by anti-vibration supports, which prevent the vibration to be transmitted to the driver’s cab.
The high frequency, self-braking vibrating head increases the percentage of harvested fruits in a short time, limiting undesirable ending overvibrations.

Quick hydraulic release system for the reverse umbrella and possibility to shake the trees using only the vibrating head.
The machine can operate in a very narrow space thanks to a 360 ° steering system.

TRANSMISSION:
Our machine mounts a closed circuit hydrostatic drive, made up of:
One Tandem HP Hydraulic pistons pump;
Two Poclain Hydraulic engines.

Rear tyres: 200/60/14,5 Nokia - 23x8.50-12 Galaxy - 1, or twinned.

BRAKES:
Automatic brake when the joystick activating the movement is released. The braking action is due to the transmission hydraulic system brake.
Emergency brake: the wheel hubs are equipped with lamellate negative brakes blocking the wheels when there is no pressure in the detachment hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic oil pressure is cut off when the engine is turned off; otherwise it can be cut off throughout a manual switch.

BATTERY: Accumulator- 100 Ah Capacity at 12 V.

Electromagnetic tachometer hour counter;

Generator, lubes pressure, engine temperature, lights, low beams, indicators;
