Modern Vertongen single end tenoner.
Cut off saw, two custom spiral head planer blocks and large scribing block allow for almost any scribed tenon joint to be produced. We have used this machine to tenon frame sections up to 145mm in depth and various moulded types of doors and windows as well as shaped glazing bars. The top planer block can also be removed and a moulding block put in place to mould horn/joggle details on sliding sash/double hung windows. Can also be used to tenon on an angle

Digital stop allows for quick changes in rail length once the machine has been set up. Rotating MDF back board allows for multiple set ups without the need to keep changing the backing board.

Each block is adjustable using the dials along the top of the machine. Accurate to one tenth of a mm.
