The STRATOS series provides a comprehensive range of CNC solutions; from high-speed 3-axis nesting centres to advanced 5-axis machining platforms, all built with a focus on precision, durability, and efficiency.

Rigid Construction: Built with highly rigid bases, steel weldments and castings, and high-accuracy servo systems for superior stability and precision.
High-Speed Capabilities: Features impressive rapid traverse speeds (e.g., up to 141 M/min for some models), enabling quick processing and high throughput.
Powerful Spindle Options: Equipped with various router spindle options, typically ranging from 12 HP to 25 HP (including Vector spindles) with speeds up to 24,000 RPM and HSK-63 clamping systems.
Flexible Workpiece Holding: Features vacuum tables (phenolic or grid) with multiple zones, pop-up pins, and optional clamping, grid, or manifold vacuum systems for secure and versatile material handling.
Automation Ready: Many models, especially within the "PRO" sub-series, are designed for integration into fully automated processing lines with features like automatic tool changers (8 to 16 positions), multi-spindle boring blocks, and automated material handling.

3-Axis Models (e.g. STRATOS PRO): These are typically moving gantry machines with stationary tables, designed for high-volume nesting and panel processing. They can be integrated into automated lines with auto-loading and offloading systems.
5-Axis Models (e.g. STRATOS FS): These are traveling gantry machines, offering simultaneous 5-axis interpolation for complex geometries and multi-sided machining. They are available in both Flat Table and Pod & Rail designs.
