Stainless Conveyor Metal Detector – 345 x 120mm Opening – Thermo APEX 100

This metal detector is in great working condition. It has only been used for trials not full production.
The overall conveyor unit was built and put together by DIGI, the metal detector part is made by Thermo.

To deliver greater accuracy in detecting contaminants in wet and salty products, the APEX 100 features the innovative Intellitrack XR (IXR) technology. This technology learns and cancels the sinusoidal X (reactive) and R (resistive) product signals, and only detects the metal contaminants. To maintain high accuracy over time, the IXR tracks product changes and adjusts the product signals to eliminate the risk of contaminants going undetected.
