Custom built as a wet cut work bench for stone slab cutting for stone mason work.
Built with large aluminium shroud 1485 x 1800 to deflect water away from lift base while wet cutting. Overall table top measures 2metres wide x 3.74 long, made up of 4 galvanised walk way grate panels 2 metres x 890mm x 65mm thick, which are supported by 2 galvanised steel beams 150 x 50mm x 5mm wall x 3790 long. Work height of lowered table is 816mm or 965mm to top of pegs, elevated table height is 1733mm or 1883 to top of pegs. Fitted with 150mm diameter heavy duty lockable castors. Scissor lift is a “Southworth” hydraulic lift table by Safetech Moe, Model AS 1-000, capacity 1.0 tonne, serial number H-067, power supply 240v/1 phase/50 hertz. Comes with 15 metres of electrical power cable protected by reinforced hose and a drum of 32 grade tellus oil suitable for scissor lift hydraulic power pack, operated by a 3 position keyed switch. Polyurethane Pads for supporting rough cut stone slab edge or any sheet material/glass etc. to 2400 long, 1800 high min with feet wound up fully.
A Frame hat sections have been shimmed to alignment and fixed with s/steel rivets.
Trailer body made with 4mm marine grade aluminium sheet fixed with s/steel rivets.
Frame made from Duragal 450 grade 50 x 50 x 3mm wall framing used with internal gusset framing allowing for sheet material off cuts up to 2400 x 890 on two sides inside aluminium body.
Adjustable feet threaded bar and female bosses/nuts manufactured by JMJ engineering.
Fitted with rear stabiliser jack and spare wheel under body.
Custom tool box 1000 wide average x 880 long x 500 high.
Nissan N720 One tonne Ute chassis used with custom draw bar to suit.
Original mechanical hand brake system has been retained independent of hydraulic brake system. Rego expires 12th June 2025.
