AGA Bridge Saw – Reliable, Well-Maintained, Ideal Entry-Level or Secondary Saw
Reluctant sale due to an upcoming upgrade to a high-production 5-axis CNC bridge saw arriving in February. If we had the workshop space, we would be keeping this machine as a second saw ourselves.
This AGA Bridge Saw has provided seven years of solid, trouble-free service and remains in excellent working condition. Beyond a few minor, routine repairs (three hydraulic table hoses, a laser replacement, and a cutting-speed dial), the saw has performed exceptionally well. It consistently measures accurately in automatic mode, and the table has always rotated and locked perfectly at 90° and 45°. The head is 45°-capable for precise mitre cutting. Hydraulic table lift and lower for the loading and unloading of slabs.
Included Spare Parts Package
When purchased new, we ordered an additional box of commonly needed spares from the manufacturer. This package includes a spare remote, limit switches, joystick toggle, hydraulic table drive motor, and more (pictured). Only the laser has ever been used — the rest remain unused.
Recent Upgrades & Maintenance
• Cutting table completely stripped and rebuilt using 25 mm form ply
• New water-repellent treated 200 mm × 75 mm sacrificial timber rails
• Machine has been regularly lubricated and professionally maintained throughout its life
Inspection Welcome
The saw is currently in full production and available for viewing until February, after which it will be disassembled and ready for collection or relocation to make way for the new machine. We are also happy to provide additional videos of the saw operating.
This is an excellent opportunity to purchase a reliable, well-maintained bridge saw with years of life ahead of it — perfect for a growing business or as a trustworthy backup unit.
