The Swift-Jet Pro is bringing the incredible capabilities of waterjet cutting to the masses with a table that has combined high-quality software with our robust table build and made it affordable. The Swift-Jet Pro series Waterjet is rich with technology but at the same time extremely user friendly, The machines are equipped with many standard features such as built-in material databases, Hi / Low pressure control for piercing brittle materials, auto garnet delivery system and adjustable water level for submerged cutting to name a few.

The powerhouse of the Swift-Jet Pro is the German built direct drive pump which outputs 3,400bar / 50,000psi at 100% duty cycle whilst maintaining unrivaled energy savings. These machines are manufactured in Europe and are unbelievably good value.

SOFTWARE: The Swift-Jet Pro is supplied with the world famous IGEMS CAD/CAM software specifically designed for waterjet applications globally. Combined with the exclusive SwiftCNC software, Some of the Software functions and features are-:

Allows the user to combine fast production with an excellent cutting result on a wide range of materials

• Dynamic kerf width -
Kerf offset is dynamically changed depending on actual speed to help maintain incredible accuracy no matter what you are cutting

Makes the machine suitable for any user. Cutting parameters are all stored in the CNC and loaded accordingly to Material type and thickness, This means that correct parameters and cutting configuration is always set and an optimum cut is guaranteed. Fine adjustment of feed rate or other parameters can still be done during the cutting sequence. This allows any novice use to attain satisfactory cutting results right from the start.

CNC Control - The CNC controller is a Touchscreen HMI with optical mouse & wireless keyboard operating on Windows 10 64 Bit software this allows the machine to use standard windows networking for file sharing and remote support.
Submerged Cutting - Underwater cutting system (adjustable water level) - means less noise less mess and enhanced operator comfort.

High Pressure Pump - The heart of the system is the highly advanced German built variable speed direct drive pump creating up to 3400bar / 50000psi pressure at 100% duty cycle using the standard 0.25mm orifice. The pump boasts a unique filtering system making it suitable for tap water quality saving you money on additional equipment and maintenance costs. Maintenance costs are also further reduced with the pump having a 1000hr service interval compared to an intensifier pump which is 500hrs.
Water pre-treatment - Suitable for tap water quality – No reverse osmosis filtration is required as long as water meets the correct specification. (Note* Sample testing is required at time of order)
Energy Efficiency – Waterjet cutting systems often use hydraulically driven intensifiers whereby only about 60% of the energy drawn to run the main motor is in effect used for the regulation and provision of the actual cutting Jet. This is an enormous energy loss. The variable speed driven Hammelmann pumps on the Swift-Jet Pro distinguish themselves in comparison to intensifier pumps with a much higher degree of power efficiency Hammelmann plunger pumps convert 93 to 98% of the shaft power to hydraulic energy
Bulk Garnet Delivery System - Equipped with a pressurised automatic bulk garnet feeding system which holds 200kg of abrasive the machine has the ability to run for very long periods without stopping to top up garnet.
