This Machine is built to be the Small to Mid-sized Silage producer's wrapper. It’s not designed to win any races like its big brother the Tanco 1400 V, nor can it wrap hundreds of bales in line like the Tubeline’s Inline Bale Wrappers. But, make no mistake: the A100EH can still put up an amazing rate of production at 45 bales per hour using its single film dispenser, central pivoting wrapping table and roller, and loading arm–all of which are driven hydraulically.

Automatic Bale Wrapper
Operators, especially farmers who are looking to become more self-reliant this silage season will appreciate the A100EH’s fully automatic function. With just one press in the RDS Expert Controller, the machine will initiate its “Hydraulic Cut & Start system” and will pick up, wrap, and unload bales in a smooth and seamless procedure, requiring minimal fuel, energy, and labor.

This synergizes greatly with the machine’s ability to carry two bales at a time while on the move, which can be considered a novelty compared to other Round Bale Wrappers. As one bale is being wrapped, another can be carried on the Heavy Duty Adjustable Load Arm. Automatically, when the first bale finishes being wrapped, the first bale is released and the second bale takes its place and the machine begins the next wrapping procedure with no input from the operator.

Bale Wrapper with End Tip Kit
As standard, the A100EH comes with a highly touted End Tip Kit as part of your purchase. This attachment overturns the bales upon offloading and places them on their end where plastic coverage is greatest and prevents the bales from rolling.
