This machine offers automatic change between 3 edges, quick change glue pot, spray units, upgraded trimming & scraping stations, buffing unit and is nesting friendly.
The Rapid Edge Pro is designed to streamline your operations and ensure superior quality in edge finishing.


Touch Screen HMI Control System:
The intuitive touch screen interface reduces manual settings to a minimum, enabling quick and easy selection and control of the aggregate. It also provides complete monitoring of all machine functions, enhancing efficiency and ease of use.

Pre-Milling Unit:
Equipped with two counter-rotating, activation-controlled, and individually adjustable units with spiral cutters, this unit ensures first-class edge processing before the workpiece is glued to the edge.

Quick Change Glue Pot:
The Teflon-coated glue pot, with a 1.2 kg capacity, features a short warm-up time for quick operational readiness. The quick-change system ensures the shortest cleaning and changeover time when switching glues.

End Cutting Unit:
This unit has two blades with a fence plate against the workpiece to cut excessive edge material on the front and rear sides, ensuring a clean finish.

Flush Trimming:
Two counter-rotating, activation-controlled, and individually adjustable units with replaceable knives trim excess material on the top and bottom sides, providing precision and consistency.

Corner Rounding Unit:
Controlled from the control panel, this unit allows for the selection of specific corners to be rounded, offering flexibility and precision.

Radius Scraper Unit:
The radius surface receives light scraping, removing any remaining material from the trimming process and ensuring a smooth finish. Manual fine adjustment is available for precision.

Flat Scraper Unit:
This unit slightly removes residual glue on the workpiece caused by squeeze-out, ensuring a clean and polished finish.

Buffing Unit:
Comprising two independent electric motors equipped with cotton brushes, this unit cleans and polishes the top and bottom parts of the edge, providing a professional finish.

Nesting Function:
Ideal for workpieces already drilled before edge processing, the nesting kits ensure precision and efficiency.

Optional Features:

Release Agent Spray Unit:
Applies a release agent from the top and bottom to prevent leaked adhesive residual glue from sticking to the workpiece.

Cleaning Spray Unit:
Sprays a cleaning agent to loosen adhesive residue on the panel, installed in front of the buffing unit for optimal results.
