The SZ-450D pre-screener (scalper) is a heavy-duty tracked mobile screening machine designed to process very hard materials such as ores, construction waste, and coal.

With a processing capacity of 200-500TPH and a dual power system (diesel and electric), it is ideal for efficient sorting in mining and recycling.

Equipped with an apron feeder, a two-deck inclined vibrating pre-screen, one with fingers for coarse sorting and a second with piano wire or punch plate for efficient sorting, stockpiling conveyors, and a diesel generator for autonomous operation.

Its tracked travel system ensures mobility and stability even on difficult terrain, offering a versatile, robust, and highly efficient solution for your screening needs.
