Sealing Force: Utilises a fully electro-mechanical system capable of delivering up to 2,200 kg of sealing force, ensuring consistent and high-quality seals.
Tooling Capacity: Accommodates tool sizes up to 340 mm in width and 570 mm in length, allowing a maximum of 4 trays per tool, depending on tray dimensions.
Smart Belt System: Features a smart belt that aligns and groups trays for precise handling, accommodating variable feeding speeds and allowing the machine to remain in standby mode when necessary.
Hygienic Design: Constructed with stainless steel and anodised aluminium, the TRAVE-350 is designed for easy cleaning and resistance to continuous washdowns. It avoids flat surfaces and closed cavities, reducing contamination risks.
Quick Changeover: Allows for a full changeover in approximately ten minutes. Both bottom and top tools slide out of the chassis and are secured with a pneumatic quick-release system, minimising downtime.
