USED Chemical Transfer Pump and Trolley

This basic mobile transfer pump is only a couple of years old and has had very little use.

The pump is a Nova Rotors RF40L Wobble Pump, with 316 stainless steel and FKM (Viton) internals. This is a progressive cavity (positive displacement) pump, which makes it ideal for pumping more viscous products (up to 3000cP at full speed), or for transferring products that are prone to foaming.

The pump is designed to have a maximum output pressure of 4 bar. If the output pressure exceeds this, the pump will naturally 'slip' and cavitate -making it very safe for your pipework, hoses, and operators.

Flow rate at 50Hz is approximately 90L/min.

The small touch screen PLC still has the factory screen protector on it and is in excellent condition. This PLC controls the 1.5kw VSD, which allows you to select Forward/Reverse, High/Low Speeds. There is also timer functionality that enables an operator to run the pump for a nominated amount of time.

The system is powered by a standard 3 pin, 10A plug, which allows you use the unit with any standard 240V outlet.

The stainless-steel trolley is in excellent condition. All 4 castors (of which 2 are braked) are also in excellent condition.

This system can be supplied as-is for $6000+GST, or can be modified to suit customer requirements. A brand new flow meter and batching controls can be added for an additional $6000+GST.
