Ultra Mini Deck Vibrating Screener

This Is a 8x4 Ultra Deck and has a 8x4 double deck Screen, 4.5m x 900mm wide fines conveyor, on 12x15 agri wheels as standard and a Kubota Diesel engine.
The conveyor is driven by a hydraulic motor through a reduction gearbox, This does away with couplings etc.
The Screen decks have weighted shafts with fly wheels, weights can be added or removed to alter the vibration moment,
The shaft is driven by a hydraulic motor via vee belts, so the pulley sizes can be changed to increase or lower the shaft speed, Giving a wide range of screening applications.
