ABOUT THE MACHINE:

Ultrasonic Plastic Tube Seal Machine is based on ULTRASONIC technology that produces a clean and accurate seal compared to traditional heat sealers on the market.
Constructed from aluminium and stainless steel for easy cleaning and durability.

The machine includes a PLC based pneumatic trimmer which works in conjunction with the sealer head, allowing a faster sealing rate of up to 10-15 per min – user and product dependant using copper blocks.

It is a perfect solution for most plastic-based tubes and suitable for most products, including toothpaste, cosmetics, medicines, food, industrial supplies etc.

Ultrasonic works on heat friction in ultrasonic vibration to weld the tube. Works by heating only the plastic, not the mould, giving a far better quality seal and less concern for messy melted outer tubes.

This Heavy Duty Tube Sealing Machine is suitable for toothpaste, cosmetics, medicines, food, industrial supplies etc.

This machine also has the capability to imprint date and batch codes in the seal.
