AC servo direct twin drive
A simple and well-balanced structure with a dedicated AC servo motor connected to the left and right of the eccentric shaft. This efficient movement achieves an amazingly high stroke and an optimum stroke for the plate thickness.
High-speed processing of Sheet Metal products without scratches on the back side
ZR turret and full-flat table realise high-speed processing without scratches on the back side.
Equipped with a retractable turret that raises and lowers only the dies required for processing. Since the lower turret is hidden under the brush, there is no need to worry about scratches on the back of the sheet metal or to modify the program for molding.
It is possible to process top and bottom molding and high height molding without scratches.
