OPERATING UNITS
Skipper has 78 independent spindles, 39 on the top operating unit and 39 on the bottom unit, two operating units are mirror-like, each with the following configuration:
29 vertical independent spindles positioned at 32 mm centre distance, of which 19 are aligned in X direction (“System 32”) and 10 are aligned in Y direction;
8 horizontal independent spindles positioned in X direction (4 units with double outlet);
2 horizontal independent spindles positioned in Y negative direction

LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Automatic and centralized lubrication system. At each time interval, programmable by NC, the lubricant is automatically sent to the linear guides and ball screws.

CONTROLLER UNIT
The machine control and management are made up by a PC equipped with a Control PC system.

LOADING TABLE
Air floating table
The loading and support table, integral with the beam moving in ‘Y’, is positioned by the side of the main working table, to the opposite side with respect to the unloading table.
The table surface is with the lowest friction factor; it is also equipped with a pneumatic ‘air cushion’ system that activates automatically when the panels are being conveyed.
UNLOADING DEVICE
RH unloading conveyor with belts for the automatic unloading of the panels.
It is equipped with motorised belts - sliding inside plastic guides with low friction - installed on a frame with vertical mechanic movement with pneumatic engagement ON/OFF by NC.
