Used Steamtech Engineers Leaf Dryer

On behalf of our customer, please find below details of a Steamtech Engineers Leaf based product dryer.

This Steamtech Engineers leaf dryer is currently used in an operation is SE QLD drying a leaf-based product and can be removed and made ready to operate its new location.

Located in an indoors operation this unit has been well maintained and has a few local modifications that makes it a great entry level machine into a new product line. Whilst the operator wishes to increase production, this machine has served them well and they are ready for the next step. This unit comes with a few accessories, spare parts, control panel and the external dust extractors.

The 3-year-old Steamtech Engineers dryer is a 5-belt dryer, with stainless steel belts, has 4 spike rollers per belt available, upgraded internal belt shields, fan motor and mounting for hot air burner and the associated ducting for the heat transfer. Current capacity in its current location and with the crops its drying is reportedly around the 200KG/hour.

Removal of the dryer, the dust extractors, the control panel and other components will be the responsibility of the new owner.

Adjustable through put depending on crop conditions and moisture are set by the control panel, it is a continual flow leaf-based product dryer.
