SBA SR COMPACT
The SBA Single Rail Compact is a fantastic entry-level tacking and welding machine. Economical and Efficient, it’s ready to help small and medium size shops increase their output and grow.

SBA COMPACT
Optimized for assembly, the SBA Compact consists of 1 robot for assembly, tack and finish welding. In-out feed of beams requires a crane, and the machine fits within a length of just 26 meters.

With just one worker on the floor, this machine can process 13 beams in an 8 hour shift. Each SBA Conti line is customized to your specific needs. In-feed systems with automatic beam straightening, built to fit your workflow.

SBW TERMINATOR
The Terminator never gets sick and is always pumping iron. Offering integrated profile turning, it’s designed for welding out structural profiles up to 760mm wide. This machine can become a part of your existing workflow with ease. Also available in a duplex configuration and can be put in series with a SBA SR Compact 760 to increase the troughput even further. Both machines work with the same auto generated production file.

SBW ECO
The SBW Eco is a welding robot with integrated profile turning devices. It has been designed for welding out structural profiles up to a max. width of 1100 mm and can handle higher volume than the SBW Terminator. The capacity of SBW Eco can be increased by applying one additional welding robot ( SBW Eco+ ) and is also available in a Duplex version.
