Vicon V8 Pittsburgh Rollformer for HVAC Fabrication

The Vicon V8 Eight-Station Pittsburgh Rollformer can be equipped with Right Angle Flange, 4-in-1, or Acme Lock Rolls. All V8 rollformers create seams that surpass SMACNA standards.

* 8 Forming Stations: All roll sets are enclosed—no need to open rolls during operation

* Drive & Motor:
- Standard: 5?HP, 3?phase with industrial oil-bath worm-gear drive
- Quiet roller-chain transmission (no belts) with thermal protection = quietest machine in the industry

* Speed: Fast production at up to 90 feet per minute pitch speed

* Robust Build:
- 1? stress-proof shafts with Woodruff keys
- Slide-out shaft design for easy maintenance
- Heavy-duty bearings with grease fittings
