Weight sorting / grading machine (food grade)

Weight grading/sorting machine. Was used for oyster grading, but could be used for just about any product that can be sorted/graded by weight.

- Has 5 programmable grades (plus a return, therefore 6 grades in effect).

- Very simple and quick to set/change grades on the computer touch-screen.

- The computer counts and stores the data, ie does a count of items processed per grade (download via USB to a laptop or tablet).

- I would recommend each item to be less than 250g, to help with longevity of the plastic 'boxes' that the items are fed into (see photos/video). (comes with spare unused boxes).

- Does NOT come with a singulator for feeding the items into the grader (but simple to make one from conveyor
machine / pipe etc.) Also see example of a singulator by the same manufacturer in the photos.

- Japanese electonic components (eg Mitsubishi), high grade stainless steel, manufactured in China .hengermachine/

- I imported this machine from China. The manufacturer is super reliable and easy to chat with (on ) when have a question (they send instruction videos etc within hours). Plus I am happy to help get you set up and take s while you get the hang of the machine.

- Delivery: I am on NSW south coast, I am happy to deliver the machine to you for a fee, between Sydney, Canberra and NSW south coast.

- As new condition, had only light use over a 2.5 yr period. (Austraian made version is well over $50K)
