It's built for professional and serious hobbyist woodworkers, featuring a premium helical (spiral) cutterhead with 98 indexed carbide inserts for superior finish quality, reduced noise, and minimal tear-out—especially on figured or interlocking Australian hardwoods like jarrah, blackwood, or Tasmanian oak. Available in single-phase 3HP (240V) configurations (perfect for Australian workshops with standard powerlet), it runs at 4,800 RPM with a two-speed gearbox offering feed rates of 30 rpm or 40 rpm for optimal control over different timbers.
