The AccurlCMT servo ball screw press brakes are the latest technologically advanced press brakes in the AccurlCMT stable of press brakes. Utilising servo motors and ball screw the AccurlCMT eB ULTRA series is ultra quite and uses no oil at all. This machine has no dwell times increasing cycle times significantly! Its super quick and if you are doing small lengths or small components you cant get a faster more efficient machine than this, not to mention its one good looking piece of machinery!
A Delem DA-66T controller is used on this machine for 2D/3D graphical visualization of the program. The machine is equipped as standard with 6 axis (Y1/Y2/X/R/Z1/Z2)
and utilises Yaskawa servo motors and drives out of Japan for the frame movement.
The guarding system used is from Perth and is the advanced system from Lasersafe allowing for a very impressive 1mm stopping distance above the material. The way this press brake is optioned up, its made to be a production machine and offer accuracy and speed.
The upper clamping system is quick release and the next gen allowing removal of tools from the front of the machine. Loading new tools is just as simple, its done by pushing the tool up into the clamps then pushing the lever to clamp all the tools again.
