Dust Collection Laser Processing

For Sale is a used Extractor Filtration System to suit any laser machine or plasma. It was originally bought in 2021 and fitted to a 6kw laser 3000x1500 laser system.

The unit was used for mild steel oxide removal only, it has signs of brown oxide. But works as it should

Power Requirements
Motor size 10.5kw (3 phase motor)
We ran it on a 32amp 3 phase supply

Air Supply
This unit works by blasting a burst of air into the 4 large filters
It will require a lot of air to do the above. You will need a large capacity air supply
It has its own pressure vessel on the inside door (see picture)

Contoller
There is a controller and timer built into the unit to govern the amount of time the air is on and the frequency.
Frequency meaning how many times it comes on per minute

Ducting & Physical Size
The size of the unit is on all the pictures.
The inlet ducting size is 250mm
EasyDuct was used with a small flexible to connect it to the main machine

Sound/Noise
The unit is insulated for noise we have taken the top off in one of the pictures showing the insulation
The sound is not too bad. It is rated at 76DB
Obviously when the timer shoots the air into the filters to clean the unit is a bit noisier

Capacity
We do not know the capacity from the id plate attached
What we do know is that it is moving a lot of air (Volume of air 3000-4500 M3/H)
It did the job adequately on our 6kw laser

Filtration Maintenance
This unit can be used for other filtration
There is a indicator on the front door telling you to clean the main filters
The pre-filter comes in at the ductwork it will need weekly inspection as well as the two lower draws
The 4 filters will need inspection monthly depending on the front door indicator and frequency of use

Freight
This unit is on swivel wheels we will remove it for the buyer so that it can be placed on a truck that you as the buyer will organize.
We will assist in placing this product on your truck using our forklift.
We will send anywhere in Australia once funds are cleared.
